  • Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 working days after payment is successfully confirmed.

  • Orders submitted before 12:00 PM (MYT) on working days will usually be processed on the same day.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time, during weekends, or on public holidays will be handled on the next working day.


3. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery

We currently provide the following delivery services:

a) West Malaysia Delivery

  • Estimated arrival: 2–5 working days

  • Shipping charges will be calculated during checkout

b) East Malaysia Delivery (Sabah & Sarawak)

  • Estimated arrival: 5–10 working days

  • Shipping charges will be calculated during checkout

c) Same-Day Delivery (Klang Valley only)

  • Available for orders confirmed before 12:00 PM (MYT)

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered on the following working day

  • Delivery fees vary based on location and will be shown at checkout

d) International Orders

  • At this time, we do not support international shipping.


4. Courier Services

To ensure reliable delivery, we collaborate with established logistics providers such as J&T Express, PosLaju, DHL, and Grab Express (for same-day service).


5. Tracking Information

Once your parcel has been dispatched, a tracking ID will be sent to your registered email.
You may monitor the delivery status directly via the courier’s tracking platform.


6. Delays & Unexpected Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us with your order details for assistance.

Kindly note that Chintech Anywhere SDN. BHD. is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as courier disruptions, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In cases where delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect or insufficient information, additional shipping fees may be required for redelivery.

Return's & Refund's

To qualify for a return or refund request, the following conditions must be fulfilled:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery
